This summer we’ll be launching Data Copy products with ColorLok® Technology. Why? Because we think it’s a great way of making sure you get even better colour results from your Data Copy paper. Data Copy is now made to the ColorLok® standard to give you even better results from your paper. We're always thinking of how we can give you more!

What is ColorLok® Technology?


It’s simple. It’s an exciting paper and printing development that delivers bolder blacks, brighter colours and more reliable performance.

Which papers are the ColorLok® standard applied to?


All Data Copy Everyday Printing papers will be made to the ColorLok® standard. All 90 & 100 g/m², A4 & A3 Data Copy Colour Printing papers will be made to the ColorLok® standard.


ColorLok® and recycling


A recent M-real study shows that ColorLok® paper has a positive effect on the recyclability of inkjet printed papers.

The recycled pulp from inkjet printed ColorLok® papers is brighter than pulp produced from non-ColorLok® papers. This means that the pulp produced is more suitable for the production of high quality, recycled white office papers.

The study also found that there was no impact on the recyclability of ColorLok® papers printed using laser technology. These papers delivered the same aesthetic characteristics as non-ColorLok® papers.
